This DVD will introduce the movement professional and Pilates instructor to the SmartSpine© system and will guide you step by step through all of its uses.

Extra attention is given to frequently seen posture deviations and how to remedy this with the SmartSpine© system.

The verbal and tactile cueing during these exercises is introduced as you would learn in a true Master-class lead by Marie-Jose Blom herself!
