My search for a good and exciting movement approach is a never ending quest, I’ve tried and still trying everything I’ve found along my path, all around the world. Different Pilates Schools (both classical and evolved), Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis, Thai Chi, swimming, running, fitness classes, classical ballet, Feldenkrais, Rolfing, Shiatzu and meditation.
My first task is to shift your point of view, make you change your mind about movement. Make you feel the difference and make you believe that you can move without pain or discomfort. Not everyone is a dancer, or an athlete, but everybody move, walk and live a life full of big and small movements. All those movements should and can be easy, full of pleasure and joy. That’s what I want you to feel and believe.
